My older brother is in the U.S. army and he just finished up four tours in afghanistan, and somalia. He is happy to be back home but he has been suffering from a loud buzzing in his ears. He told me it sounds almost like a jackhammer at times. We have spoke to the doctor and he says it may be Tinnitus and there is no cure.
